The problem from the Chamber’s point of view is that these food vendors can enter the Amherst marketplace simply by paying a $100 fee to the health department for inspections, securing a state peddler’s permit and getting approval from the Select Board.
No pesky regulations like in NY regarding USDA inspection, hand washing, meat refrigeration, mixing and storage of other food products, explosive canister storage, blocking the sidewalk, hot oil fryers, splattering grills, and knives and meat cleavers just inches from passerbys... and Hampshire mosque's director, Javeria Mir, can make sure they meet all the requirements of the town.

2012 Ramadan surprise?
As Ramadan 2012 approaches (July 20) Western Massachusetts residents are anxiously awaiting invitations to Hampshire mosque's annual "Ramadan Ritual."
In previous years the Sunni supporters of Hampshire mosque, Fethullah Gulen missionaries, and local dhimmis from Joan Lindeman's ION group have reached out to include the community in Ramadan festivities, so this year everyone is again anxiously looking forward to see what kind of Ramadan surprise they have planed for us.
Perhaps the Turks were a little upset when they had to 'submit' to Jewish dietary restrictions last year at the JCC; or maybe women like Naz Mohamad are tired of ISWM supporters like Dr. Bajwa, Kamran Bajwa, and the other Islamists who condone Dr. Hazratji's call to violent jihad in Amherst, hiding behind them.
Is there a Ramadan surprise planned for us in 2012?
Maybe they've been planning a Ramadan surprise for us after all, so that we too can enjoy the festivities and share in the joy of the season.

Red Fire and Stony Brook Valley Farm - now under new Islamic management
ELKADER (Al-Queda?) FARM HOLDINGS headquarters are at the offices of Dr. Mohammad Saleem Bajwa, 7 Sans Souci Drive in South Hadley.

El Kader Farm Holdings headquarters at 7 Sans Souci Drive in South Hadley, Massachusetts |
Dr. Bajwa and Dr. Hazratji, principals of the Islamic Society of Western Massachusetts, have dedicated their lives to following the Koran and Sunnah, the sayings and practices of Mohammad.
The 40+ acre secluded tract has plenty of room for storage so that Red Fire and Stony Brook Valley Farms can keep prices low by stocking up on organic fertilizer and fuel, and won't have to rent storage units or use residential premises to store hazardous materials.

We will be discussing plans to improve the property and utilize the 40+ acres as a base for Hampshire mosque and our goal of implementing Mohammad's Sharia.

Bilal Mirza
Bilal Mirza "… of Framingham is a close friend of convicted terrorist Tarek Mehanna. Both grew up together and attended the Islamic Center of Boston in Wayland as children."
He described Mehanna as a studious man of gentle faith. “Mehanna is a charismatic community leader who helps youth groups, facilitates study circles and enjoys action films like "The Hulk" and "Dark Knight…"

Why we no longer support the Hampshire Mosque
We don’t follow child rapists here and call them prophets. How Mohammed met Safia is not a love story that warms our heart. We find the killing of poets for offending the “prophet” to be barbaric. We don’t make a slave owner into our highest moral example. That would be barbaric, savage and uncivilized.
Hopefully the citizens of Granby, Hampshire County, Massachusetts, and the rest of the United States will read this letter and question the credentials of Drs Hazratji and Bajwa and their supporters.

A Visit to Stony Brook Valley Farms -
A Visit to Stony Brook Valley Farm - Beyond Halal - Faith in Food June 2, 2012
Ryan and Sara Voiland of Red Fire Farm |
Ryan acquired the farm shortly after 911, and decided to name it "Red Fire Farm."
Ryan chose “Red Fire Farm” partly to remember the fire event, and also because ‘New Red Fire’ is the name of his favorite red leaf lettuce variety. |

A visit to Stony Brook Valley Farm
A visit to Stony Brook Valley Farm
Western Massachusetts is a different place. So many of the houses have farm stands out front that our friend Kamran [Bajwa], who grew up in the area, told us “in the summer, you never have to go to a grocery store.” Everywhere you look there is food, and people who care about food.
Bilal [Mirza] also came out of this world, a world where good food is important. As a Harvard undergraduate and a runner, he started to learn more about health and nutrition, and began to really care about what went in his body.
